Welcome
The Society of Ruislip Artists usually meet every month and we always enjoy welcoming guests and new members. At the moment, we hold our meetings at The Woodman (hall), Joel Street where we have demonstrations by professional artists. In the winter months we try to hold painting afternoons indoors whereas in the summer, we like to meet outdoors to paint and are very happy when people join us. We currently have an ongoing exhibition at the newly decorated Vito’s Cafe, Ruislip – our display will be refreshed with new artwork by our members as from 4th February, find out more about our exhibition at Vito’s Cafe Ruislip.

Latest Update
We like to hold outdoor painting afternoons during the summer and will get together to paint indoors over the winter. Our ‘The Universe’ Workshop in Ruislip Manor Library on 25th January was a great success – lots of lovely creative paintings from children and adults alike. Our next Workshop will be from 2.00-4.00 pm on Saturday, 1st March (theme to be decided) so please come along. Our painting afternoons will be held in Kings College Playing Fields Hall until the Spring this year and our next one will be on Wednesday, 26th February. Our next demonstration will be at 7.30-9.30 pm on 28th January, 2025 in The Woodman (Hall) and this will be a Zoom demonstration by Leanne Ellis. At the moment, we have a display of paintings of all different styles and media by our members in Vito’s Cafe, 151 High Street, Ruislip. We are delighted to say our exhibition is ongoing and we now have a new display of paintings for you to enjoy in Vito’s which went up on 6th November We will be changing our paintings at the beginning of February so there will be a fresh exhibition then. Why not come along and enjoy some delicious food while having a look at our paintings. We would be pleased to have people follow us on the Society of Ruislip Artists Facebook page. This will be updated regularly to keep you all up to date on our events.
