Ruislip Artists

We have now closed our Virtual Exhibition but you may still be able to view it on Artsteps.  We prefer to welcome people to our exhibitions in person.  We like to hold outdoor painting afternoons during the summer and will get together to paint indoors over the winter.  Our Spring Exhibition has now finished and we were delighted to welcome so many visitors.  We had an excellent Artist’s Choice demonstration by Raman Uppal at our March meeting when he kindly stepped in at the last minute – we all enjoyed the evening very much.  Our next meeting on Tuesday, 23rd April will be our AGM with no demonstration but at our meeting on 28th May we will be having an Artist’s Choice Demonstration by our very own Iain Kane.   The meeting commences at 7.30 pm in The Woodman (hall), Joel Street, Eastcote.  We always like to welcome guests and new members to our Society so please come along to one of our demonstrations.  We would love to see you.  At the moment, we have a display of paintings of all different styles and media by our members in Vito’s Cafe, 151 High Street, Ruislip.  We are delighted to say our exhibition is ongoing and we have a display of paintings for you to enjoy in Vito’s newly decorated premises.  We will be changing our display on 25th/26th April so you will have more new paintings to view from our members.  All our paintings are for sale.  Why not come along and enjoy some delicious food while having a look at our paintings.   Our next Workshop in Ruislip Manor Library is on Saturday, 27th April from 2.00-4.00 pm, theme to be decided.  We hope both children and adults will come along and join us for a fun and creative afternoon.  Our next painting afternoon will be on Wednesday, 17th April from 2.00-4.00 pm at The Hatch End Apiary, Uxbridge Road, Pinner, HA5 4EA and visitors are welcome, admission £5.   We would be pleased to have people follow us on the Society of Ruislip Artists Facebook page.  This will be updated regularly to keep you all up to date on our events.
