Coming from a long line of creative artists, it is no surprise that Helga has inherited a love of art and painting.

In her childhood, Helga had been known to doodle on any piece of paper she could find and sometimes even use walls, which, of course, would get her into trouble!

Then life happened and painting had to take a backseat.

Now, having retired from productive working life, Helga has time to renew her artistic pursuits. Her style is mainly abstract and geometric art but she will try anything different and interesting using mainly acrylics, pastels and sometimes watercolours.

Helga’s latest interest is portrait painting.
