Since childhood, colour has fascinated Helga, and creativity has never been far from her thoughts. In retirement, she has embraced painting as a more serious pursuit, working mainly in Acrylics and finding inspiration in the expressive freedom of Abstract Art and the structure of Cubism.

As each piece develops, Helga often finds a song emerging in her mind, becoming part of the creative journey and subtly influencing the mood of her work.

Through colour, shape and intuition, Helga aims to create paintings that evoke emotion and invite a personal connection.
